Vendor applications will be open between January 4 and January 18, 2026.  Applications will then be reviewed starting January 19, 2026 and all applicants will be notified of their status by January 31, 2026.  If you have any questions about being a vendor please contact Lori Desrosiers at prairiefibrefestival@gmail.com
